This lovely, trefoil crucifix is hollow, but has the appearance of a heavier crucifix. Fashioned from high-polished 14K two-tone gold, this crucifix features a textured yellow gold cross with trefoil cross ends, representative of the holy Trinity: God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The corpus and banner are both high-polished 14K white gold; the banner reads "INRI", "Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum". This is the Latin abbreviation for the title Pontius Pilate wrote and placed on the cross: "Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews" John 19: 19-22. This crucifix is available in two sizes, approximately 1" and 1-1/4".
