Fleur-de-Lis Crucifix Pendant in Sterling Silver (.925) with Chain #5277
Measuring 46mm in length (approximate 1-3/16"), this lovely, sterling silver crucifix is fashioned with a distinctive, matte-finished silver design and bordered with smooth, fleur-de-lis tips. The three-petal tips symbolize the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. An image of the crucified Christ adorns the cross, as does a banner towards the top of the cross, with the inscription "INRI", "Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaeorum", the Latin abbreviation for the title Pontius Pilate wrote and put on the cross: "Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews" John 19: 19-22.
