A Byzantine cross of blue enamel
inlay adorns the front of this beautiful sterling silver St. Olga cross. This Russian Orthodox cross features a starburst at the top, representing the light of Christ, the Greek letters, "IC" and "XC", which stand for Jesus Christ, and a back inscription which reads "spasi I sokhrani", Slavonic for "Protect and Save". The cross's lower bar represents a footrest. Measuring approximately 1-7/16" in length, this St. Olga Orthodox cross comes with a 24" continuous no clasp silver chain, and is packaged in a lovely, blue velvet gift box. You may order a longer continuous chain for an additional cost.
