How do I place an order?
You may order anytime from our website by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item you wish to purchase, and paying with a debit or credit card from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal money transfer. All online purchases are transacted through secure SSL servers through the Yahoo Store gateway to our merchant bank. You may also order via our 800 number during our normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Our minimum order is $50.00. We also accept certified checks. When will you ship my order?
If you place your order before 4:00pm Central Time on a business day, we will usually ship your order on the next business day. Custom, sized or engraved items, as well as holidays, may delay your order. For more information, see Order Fulfillment.
How will you ship my order?
Free shipping will occur via Fed Ex Home Delivery (for residences) or Fed Ex Ground (for businesses), and will require a recipient signature. We may use USPS Priority mail for some items and locations, and some non-jewelry items may be drop-shipped to you from our supplier. When we ship your order, we will send a confirmation email to you with your tracking number. You can upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout. What is your "Satisfaction Guaranteed" return policy?
You may return your non-custom item, for refund or exchange, to be received by us within 30 days of placing your order. You must contact us first for authorization--read our Return Policy for details.
Do you charge sales tax?
No, unless your order ships to Texas--you will then be charged sales tax of 8.25%.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
No, we only ship to addresses within the United States. But, foreign orders are accepted if shipped to a US address.
