Twelve genuine faceted, A grade sapphires glisten in this beautiful diamond and sapphire cross. The sapphires are prong-set on the polished gold cross tips, 3 gemstones per tip. Measuring approximately 1-1/8" in height, the open-work design also presents a single full-cut diamond in the cross's center. The twelve sapphires symbolize the twelve disciples, while the diamond represents Jesus Christ. The triple budded ruby tips represent the Holy Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
